Orten just Dinked and Dunked all over the pats like it was nothing. And why didnt we blitz more?

Like or not, this team is built to pass the football.

And Maroney and Morris both ran for 4 yards per carry today. I thought the ground game was good enough to win. Shitty defense (where's the QB pressure) and missed throws by TB lost it.

I think the players played decently and made some good plays, but the play calling sucked. Where were the adjustments? It was 60+ minutes of minimal pressure/blitzes as we stood back and let Orton complete ~75% of his passes and rip us apart through the air.
 
I expected progression, not regression, from the offense. They seemed to get better every week, then today blew it after the half.

agreed, this is the second L that should have been a win, how can you not hit Moss at all, ---- all game??

We should have 2 easy wins and the bye week coming up and hopefully TFB will be TFB for the second half of the season.

Can't jam at the line if you're expected to cover the guy for 6 seconds because you don't blitz ever.

We lost because of Brady and the DC. They cost us this game. The one thing everyone knows Orton sucks at is throwing pass 15 yards, yet what is the game plan for today, allow him to throw 5-10 yard passes all game. WTF.:banghead:

Gaffney wanted a bunch of money that the Patriots couldn't afford for a 3/4 WR.

You said you wanted a "reliable" RB earlier. Again, who would you have signed? I imagine it's difficult to call a rookie RB "reliable", which is who you'd get in the draft.

Even when we did jam the WR's they still dunked all over them with the short passes.

Orten out played Brady.. its sad.

true, it's all part of the defensive scheme, my point is the players did well for what they were given and with the scheme used the dinks happen, but still only 17 points in regulation which should be good for the win
