What in hell is going on here? Are these Chefs fans already getting their reservations in order for the super bowl? I guess they haven't seen the way Fat Boy runs things down there. Start out hot and then shit the bed in December. This is not a new story

Congrats on winning the quarter pole Super Bowl.

We here are accustomed to the Flavor-of the-Month types flapping their yaps about how we're all done and there's a new kid in town, blabbedy-blah. This year's version of the Chiefs is the latest in a very long line.

It happens every fall--- the Jets or some other bunch of fuckwits win a couple of games and their fans get all giddy and decide to show up here full of Jolt Cola and PopRocks.

Folks like that are like your typical goldfish. Every lap of the tank they go "Hey!!! Where did that castle come from?"

We win almost every fucking year and when we don't we still win 13/14 games or whatever. How hard is it for that to start registering with you yokels?

He has cooled down. Jags slowed him a bit today, but the Chiefs took their foot off the throttle like they always do.

Best thing for the Pats to do is to play contain, bracket Kelce, and drop a lot of guys back into coverage.

Pray that he doesn’t rediscover his long ball. It has been off for a while now.

So, I guess these couple of dudes/chicks on the mother ship decided to come here and rile us up. I'll bet the Chiefs win next week. I'll further bet that the Chiefs will end up with the 1 or 2 seed. We'll win the division and we will look forward to the rematch in the playoffs. We learned that it is better to peak later than earlier. :coffee:

Your chapter is already written. You play your big games in September and October, we play ours in January and February.

Reid starts out strong every year, and gradually winds down. The Pats always start slowly, check our Sept-Oct record year after year. Then check our December-January record when every game played is critical.

You'll be back every year about this time, creaming in your pants with delight, then disappearing as you team softens and droops after premature celebration.

Enjoy next week. Win or lose, it will undoubtedly be the best and most important game you'll play all year.

Well, I can't predict the future. I have no clue what will happen. I did find it strange that last yeaar KC started the season 5-0 just like this year. Also, the next 7 games they were 1-6. I don't know what that means. I expect I will watch Sunday night to see the juggernaut. I am just not sure yet which team that is that is.
