Previus threads have not jinxed us, so here we go again.

Current standings:
1. Chiefs 5-1
2. Patriots 4-2
3. Bengals 4-2
4. Titans 3-3
5. Chargers 4-2
6. Ravens 4-2

Dolphins, Steelers, Texans and Jaguars are in the hunt.

We are only playing 1 of the top 6 for the remainder of the season (@Titans). We will also be playing @Dolphins and @Steelers.

Unless we have a terrible season the only treath shoud be the Chiefs imo. We do have the ".5" on them after yesterdays win, but they do have a fairly easy schedule, with their 3 only road games against Browns, Raiders and Seahawks (not counting the game against the Chargers in Mexico).
If they don't Andy Reid it, we will have to be close to perfect for the remainder of the season.

Edit: The Chiefs are playing the Rams in Mexico, not the Cargers. That makes it more difficult for them.

If the Browns show up they're not an easy game for anybody. The 2016-2017 Browns don't exist anymore.

The Queefs are the poster child for the fast start that devolves in to an 11-5 finish.

Hey, let's not forget the analysts have all looked at his college tape and say he's great. They like him better than other can't-miss prospects like Rick Mirer, Ryan Leaf, and RGIII.

I don't expect the Titans to make a run at anything but the bottom after watching them get shredded by Baltimore. I couldn't believe how bad they were.

Mariota has an injury to his throwing hand and he's only playing because the backup, Gabbert, is hurt.

Not all the 92 sacks they gave up were the fault of the OL, but they looked like shit all across the board.

I've seldom gotten worked up over the Chargers, but they seem much improved and Rivers is playing very well.

Planet still screwed up. I;m sure y'aa have it like new very soon (posting this heer cause at the moment it's the only place I can get. Sorry. Thanks all

Other than swapping Jax for Tenn, I think those are the 6 AFC playoff teams.
The only question will be the division winners in the AFCW and AFCN. I think SD can catch KC if KC goes into their expected late season slump.

what...no love for the immortal Heath Shuler...?

Yeah, there have been plenty of busts. I chose those three because there was so much hype about them. Pre-draft, there were a lot of people who liked Mirer over Bledsoe and though no one admits it now, Ryan Leaf was considered at least as good a can't-miss option as Manning.

I almost added Luck to the list. He wasn't the bust Mirer and Leaf turned out to be, but Luck hasn't done a whole lot more than RGIII.

Mostly I'm just making fun of hogfarmer KC fan because of his trumpeting support of Mahomes based on 6 games.

It's really Clay I'd like to tweak, but he is a ball-less pussy who disappeared when his Kingslayer was unable to keep up the pace. I hope when he comes back next year, as he certainly will if the Chiefs win a game or two that a mod will replace his avatar with a pussy.

I dont know about the Bengals. With a good coach maybe, but I dont think theyll make it.

Would love to see us beat the Bears and the Bengals beat the Chiefs. This would place the Chiefs as the #3 seed behind two teams that have beaten them this season.

Be interesting to hear the national media regarding the Chiefs if that happened.

I wish the Chiefs well, as the same time though they are getting a lot of love.

Same thing happened last year. And in 2013. And 2014 to close the season.

Blah blah blah. Alex Smith, Pat Mahomes, Matt Cassel, Damon Huard, Trent Green, Steve Bono, Steve DeBerg, Joe Montana, who frickin cares. It's always the same story.

"Loudest Stadium in the League", except for, you know, playoff games, that they haven't won at home since 1994.

Ain't nothin' changed.
