Feel Free to list 'em or post your experiences.

Have at it.

I'll start.

Lolapalooza Fesitval in 93 at the at the Kingston Airfield in Rhode Island.

What an incredible lineup. Tool, Rage, Primus, Alice In Chains and most surprising Arrested Development and Fishbone were outstanding.

What a great 10 hour show.

We were at the barricades at the front row all day and night in front of 30,000 general admission fans.

The pits were insane and when Alice in Chains Came out when the dark had settled it was just freaking electric.

Such an incredible memory.

Oh boy, this is a tough one. I'm going to miss some for sure.

Motley Crue and Faster Pussycat - Dr. Feelgood Tour - My first concert and it was the summer before my Freshman year of High School. I was shell shocked. Never seen anything like it to this day.

Lollapalooza 94 (The Smashing Pumpkins, Beastie Boys, George Clinton and the P-Funk All-Stars, The Breedera, A Tribe Called Quest, L7)

Tom Petty X2

Foo Fighters X4

Guns N Roses

The Monkees

The Wallflowers X2

Kiss

Motley Crue - The farewell tour before this one

Red Hot Chili Peppers

Cinderella

Steel Panther X2

Everclear X2

The Pixies

Weezer X3 sort of - The second time I listened from the van while my son slept.

Blink 182

Bob Dylan

Matchbox 20 - We went because Everclear was opening. Lead singer got food poisoning so we just saw Matchbox 20. 🤦

Alice Cooper

Bulletboys

Beach Boys

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy

Ziggy Marley

Trombone Shorty

AWOLNATION

I've been to a few...but, not as many as some here.

I'm from a state that's remote and cold and has a small population...which means that bands don't regularly come to play.

I think concerts are actually overrated...similar to going to a sports game vs watching it on tv. I know, I know, it's only my opinion.

The loudest concert(s) = either Pantera or Manson. They were so loud, that you could feel the sound all throughout your body.

Last concert = Norah Jones. And ex gf made me go...it was actually good.

Norah is pretty good, great music to lull kids to sleep.

I couldnt list them all. The other day my son brought up a band and I had to stop and think if I saw them - I actually saw them twice. I was going 2-3 a week for a period of time. I had an in with the Orphium and an atty whose daughter needed a ride to shows. We would go see everything.

In no particular order:

Bad Company
The Cars
Iron Maiden
Ted Nugent
Scorpions
Blue Oyster Cult
Pat Travers
Girls School
BB King
38 Special
Rush
April Wine
Steppenwolf (in a bar)
Van Halen
Willie Nelson
Foreigner
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Damn Yankees
Night Ranger
Harvey Mandel "The Snake"

Probably more that I can't remember.

Been going to 4/5 concerts a year for 30+ years now.
Only genre we haven't gone to is heavy metal.

Other than that I can check off just about every band/person listed so far.

Sadly not Queen with Freddie.

1st concert. Peter Frampton..Comes Alive tour.

Any concert I've been to has been against my will, I'm just not a concert person.

We had friends who were Parrot heads and we went to a couple of those. Tailgates were tremendous, the concerts sucked.

My wife dragged me to Rod Stewart, that was decent.

My son loves concerts and I would take him when he was still too young to go on his own. One decent concert was Radiohead opening for Alanis Morissette. He also made me go to Alanis/Tori, Tori/Garbage and there may be few more in there that I blocked out of my brain.

I haven't been to a concert in about 17 years.

The last memorable concert I went to was O.A.R. Almost front row center. Great time. I think the venue and buddies we went with enhanced our experience. Great night.

I’m not even going to try to list because i’ll miss so many. I’ll go with highlight shows-

- Van Halen opening for Black Sabbath in ‘77 and blowing them off stage

- Skynyrd before the plane crash

- Clapton with Muddy Waters

- 23 Dead shows

-U2 in front of less than 1,000 people

- Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and AIC in a 6 week stretch all in front of less than1,000 people

- Dead/Dylan/Petty back-to-back nights at RFK

Been taking Jr to concerts since he was 10, that has consistently been a great experience

So jealous about that one. Would have loved to see Van Halen...not Van Hagar back in their prime. I'm really debating going to see Kiss again just to see Dave open for them. I know what I'm going to see and it's not going to be good but I just want to be able to say that I saw him live once.

Top 3 concert for me. 1984 tour. Providence Civic Center. Opened with nasty guitar riff of Unchained and when the rest of the band kicked in the lights were perfectly timed and Dave jumps spread eagle off the drum platform. Awesome!

I can't list them all. 45 years of concerts? Nah.

Notable however, in no particular chronology

Pink Floyd x3
The Who x4
Yes 3 or times, once with the Kinks on a double bill.
Suoertramp
Alice In Chains
Zappa x4, including the one where they recorded Live in NY...epic
Doobies
Allman Bros
Peter Gabriel
Rush x4
Billy Joel
The Tubes
Kid Rock
Bad Co
Train ( in Hawaii, played golf with Pat Monahan that morning)
America
Beach Boys
Foreigner
Kansas
Roger Waters x3
Talking Heads
Neil Young x4
CSNY
Aerosmith, without question the worst show ever, they SUCKED that night
Dave Mason
Alan Parsons Project
Jean-Luc Ponty
Pat Metheny
Santana
Stevie Ray Vaughn
Squeeze

God there's much more but I'm a lazy POS and it's past my bedtime

Edit: Comedy don't count but Rodney Dangerfield was so damn funny. He destroyed the place with one line: "We were poor, very poor, never got much for Christmas.. the only time we had tinsel on the tree was when Granpa sneezed".
I swear everyone in the place fell on the floor. It was bedlam, everyone howled for 5 minutes, he had to stop until we all calmed down. God what a night.

Super envious, he is still my favorite blues guitarist to this day. I had a buddy that had over 800 blues cd's and he worshiped SRV (he was from Texas too) to the point of obsession and he literally cried the day he died. Would have loved to have seen him in his early days.

Saw them in 1980 at the Spokane Coliseum, that was probably the best/funnest rock concert i've ever seen, they had the crowd in the palm of their hands.

The ruled for a while.

Now? I listen to some and can’t see it. Some songs still hold their own. But overall? Meh.

Arena? I saw Manson (Mechanical Animals) there with Hole and Monster Magnet. Numerous protestors outside. A dew right in front of me purposely falls down to the floor and shoots up heroin with his gf helping him. That was...weird.

Really good concert. Manson is always very loud. That was in his Bowie stage. John 5 was the guitarist. That dew can rip...he plays with Rob Zombie now.

I don't like Courtney Love, but, she showed her tits...that might be her best attributes. :coffee:
