Random Thoughts

i am too, just never go there. hate most of fb.

See, that's the thing about FB. You get to see whatever you wanna see. And for me, that's a bunch of philosophical groups, some news, and lotsa friends from all over the world.

I derive great value from it from working with colleagues to being connected to amazing people.

Just my 2 pennies. :)

I mean I can't really hate a platform that allowed me to meet and become great friends this wonderful and beautiful woman who shares my philosophical bent. An Albanian who lives in West London as an example. :)

Started watching the new adaption of Stephen King's, "The Stand" last night with Whoopie and others.

This is some scary shit with what's going on right now.

BTW, where is the Binge-Watching thread? Can't find it.

Joolz, you are super good at the search thing. A little help, my friend.

I am going to wait for that to finish airing before binging. I love The Stand. Favorite King book and I really liked the 90s made for TV movie too.

Just placed my first Doordash delivery order from a restaurant, Panera. Really looking forward to the soup and sammich.

My wimminz never make me sammiches so I had to order one.

Wisdom Tips

While we may be active in creating greater finances, finding it to be play instead of work changes the vibration completely. As an example, I write not because I have to, but simply for the pure joy of expression. When folks read my stuff, naturally, I profit. However, I haven't done it for the money, but for the joy it offers. This is the energy position that returns to us 'effortless' prosperity. It's a balancing act between activity and pleasure. Someone said, 'Work is what you do when you'd rather be doing something else!' People who have to 'work' usually complain about how hard they have to work, never realizing that's precisely the reason they have to work so hard! Make sense?'

Back in the ‘80s, I was working construction in an unbelievably toxic setting. Everyone was complaining. Suddenly, in an epiphany, an 'aha' moment, I turned it into a game to see how much fun I could make it. It was almost instant: the owner of the company selected me to ride around with him to check on other projects. I never had to return to those toxic conditions, only because I didn't resist them or complain about how hard I had to work. The magic was real, and I had discovered a great secret! Always bless your working conditions and they will change to match your level of appreciation!

This applies to life in general. How we face it and with what attitude determines our experience of it.

The non-rhetorical question “What is reality?” is very interesting.
It’s the only question I can think of that presupposes the answer.

I try to avoid them and order directly from restaurant. Delivery apps screw restaurants and often charge them 30-40% of the order killing their profit....

Unfortunately, they don't deliver to where I live or I definitely would have used their service. Thanks for the heads up.

1st day off in a while so decided to prepare for the winter garden.. I found 2 of my lost pair of reading glasses as I was mixing up the soil. Now about another4 pair somewhere on my property.. I should check the pond or wood pile. lol

It's like 12:30 am. I should probably eat something. Haven't eaten anything since last night, for over 24 hours.

I think all of those delivery services are parasites. I personally told one which latched on to my restaurant to get lost and to stay there.
