Mac Jones Is Our QB1

All I'm saying is, if we had Tom Brady last night, he would have thrown at least 7 passes. Mac Jones is nothing.lol

I think that Mac understood the situation last night. He was happy with the win and is not letting his ego ruin it for him.
He also understands there will be games like the Titan game that the run game won't work and he will need to throw the ball 30+ times.
Glad that Mac the Knife is our QB.

Agreed, he definitely has a "We not Me" attitude.

They had a windy practice this week leading up to the game. Maybe - just throwing this out there - Mac didn't perform well in the wind? Or maybe he was okay-ish, but not confident about it, which can be just as important? It's a skill that develops with exposure, experience, and arm strength.

Not sure why we expect that he'll do everything well immediately.

Side note:
With all the millions spent on practice facilities, how hard would it be to have a warehouse "weather" room? Extreme climate variability, snow/rain production, noise, and wind-tunnel wind conditions (including directional)? I mean, I'm sure it'd be a few million, but it strikes me as money well spent...

I could see Mac going in there to put in the work to be ready for December and January football. Any position can benefit, certainly, but the skill positions most of all.

Agreed, he's a rookie QB, how many rookie QB's have had this kind of run in the NFL, not many if any at all.

Not a thing wrong with it, but, FYP anyway.

Cheers
