Week 3 other games.

Grinding up that bird. I don't know. I wouldn't recommend it.
Good call. I do like moussaka, but I haven't had Greek food in a while, and don't know when I will again - not a lot of call for it here on the Central Coast.

There are probably some places down in LA, but we don't go there often. But we are going there tomorrow to see a Greek play - Oedipus.

I enjoy virtually nothing Greek in modern culture or food except Greek Salad. I do, however revere classical Greece for very many reasons.

Oedipus Rex is a true love of mine having discovered it through my teenage idol and credit for 50 percent of early intellectual development, Jim Morrison.

I've seen the play several times, always at the hands of little production houses. The one you are going to see looks wonderful. Enjoy!!!

I will end this day at 3:30 am with a song with a most shocking Oedipal climax, especially for a first album in the mid 60s.

Long live the bound and blind king, Oedipus Rex.

Check out a Greek Festival sometime. It is church related. Up and down the state. KEFI.

Before pandemic ours was well known for great food and music. Wife and I ran the gyro booth, I think maybe 15 years.
Guarantee you have good time.

OPA.

PS Assembling a moussaka is probably the most labor intensive thing we do at festival.

Game of the week is GB vs TB. Both teams basically have no receivers entering the game. The Bucs have the better D though and Rodgers often turtles when he faces them.

What, in all reality makes it the game of the week? Sounds like a snooze fest between 2 teams with no depth.

Brady/Rodgers. Plus it has implications on top seeding for the conference.

What is your game of the week? There are lots of good match ups IMO. The game I am most excited for is Fins/Bills. I do think that has the potential to be high scoring to your point about excitement. I am also looking forward to San Fran/Denver just because Jimmy is playing and I think Wilson may already be torpedoing the Broncos with his attitude.

Jacoby looks good. I forgot how strong his arm is. Good for him. Imagine Cleveland at 8-3 when the massage creep is back....

My favorite memory of him as a Patriot was during a preseason game when the pass pro broke down and an unblocked rusher
hit him like a ton of bricks. The impact was like a sledgehammer-- a killshot. Jacoby staggered yet somehow managed to stay on his feet and ran
for a 1st down. The camera focused on the Pats bench and Brady and Jimmy G., who seldom interacted to this point, were sitting next to each other
in absolute hysterics. Just helplessly laughing because they were both so happy they weren't on the receiving end of that hit. Neither could believe
that he actually shook it off.

That taught me that Brissett is one tough hombre. I'd love to see him win the team completely over, play his best football yet and see the Browns fuck it up
by benching him for a rusty, broken Watson. They're not paying him all that dough to sit.

There's a blow for Buffalo, Micah Hyde is out for the season with a neck injury.
On my way to Michigan State University for parents weekend and listening to the NFL channel on satellite radio when they announce this. Unfortunately, the post of the show right now is a bill‘s broadcaster, and he is absolutely kissing the ass of the bills coaches saying that they’re totally prepared for the Dolphins and he wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down the dolphins with the back ups and rookies and they’re defensive backfield anyway.

He is literally pretending there won’t be any drop off.

that could be stefanski's watershed moment...if he chooses correctly here.

He's full of shit

The Bills are screwed. The entire starting secondary is out. No way to cover both Tyreek Hill and Waddle. Tua has gotten really good at finding a rhythm and getting the ball out fast. The Bills will need to be in his face all day and I'm not optimistic. It's not game over, but it's a steep hill to climb

As much as I'd like to think he has a choice in the matter, I'm not hopeful.
I doubt the owner is going to allow Watson to ride the pine for the cake they paid.... and while I like Jacoby and wish him well, I don't see him being a long term answer. he's a great backup QB that can jump in and do some good things, but over the longer haul he'll probably just regress back to what he is. hope I

is this the Bills Karma thread.... :coffee:

on a serious note HK I agree that the injury situation is bad for Bills. I would love to see how this game plays out with both teams at full strength. Bills can still win it for sure, but in Miami, assume it's hot today??, and those injuries will make it very intersesting
I was hoping the TV schedule would work out that this game would be on after Pats, but alas they are both 1:00 starts.

for Pats fans, the good news is one of these teams will get an "L", so pats need to take care of their own business.

Indy just loves Pats fans . I keep getting called out , dirty looks & attitude . At least they keep beer glass filled .
