Your Moment of Zen

Arguably the finest final moments of any comedy TV series.

Interesting interview with Bob Newhart.

When I was in college, we sued to watch the Muppet show with the sound off and the stereo on. Amazing how often the band seemed to match the music.

I went to the local pizza place to pick up our order today. Lynn tutors in the afternoon on T/Th so I am at risk of starving to death...

When I arrived there was a gentleman siting inside waiting for his order. He was sitting straight up and wearing his Korean War baseball hat. I said hello. He said hello back. As I was paying for my pizza I told the kid I wanted to pay for his food too. He had already paid. I bought a gift card and asked the manager to give it to him after I left.

Part of the ordering process is to give the pizza place your phone number in case there's an issue. A couple of hours later I received a call from the manager of the Hungry Howies pizza shop. She wanted to let me know the shop had received a donation to the local shelter/pantry in the same amount that I had purchased for the Korean War veteran.

As it turns out, he and I attend the same church. He recognized me, but I didn't recognize him. Shame on me. He donated the card to the church food pantry.

That's all.

Keep paying forward.

She cracks me up she’s the half sister to my eldest granddaughter the cancer survivor..... they have become inseparable, oddly enough. It’s so cool to watch them interact.... they are to funny for words. They are very both very special.

Wow
Truly amazing young child.
She is going to be a handful when she’s older but she is seriously to funny for words. All my grandkids were placed in grandmom‘s care at some point in their lives for at least a year or 2 ... her dad came and made me lobsters, steamers, and homemade French fries today for mother’s day lol
