So I was going to gift a yoga philosophy book to a young man I met this weekend at a workshop but when I got home found I had written too many notes and that the book was too valuable to me. I went to barnesandnoble.com to look for another copy only to discover that the asking price was about $170 for a used copy!! I paid about $25 for it a few years ago.

Never saw this before does it mean the book is getting "rare"? Anyone know?
 
We made it. Even my hair hurts. Holy crap I am geriatric at 38 years old.ROFL

Some books are limited editions, or are simply out of print, which makes them scarce and valuable. Check out Better World Books, or other online sources, you may have better luck. :thumb:

One note from the weekend that made me very sad (usually the walk is incredibly uplifting and inspiring) We met a woman walking alone who was a 1 year survivor. It made us all incredibly sad that she didn't have anyone to walk with. How could this woman have endured all she has and not have a single person with her to celebrate her triumph? :( We walked with her for a bit but lost her at a rest stop. I hope she finished.

PAZ...going to wait on the pedi until my blisters get better :)

Congratulations on the finish! I am going to go for a pedi next week somewhere close to you I think if you want to join :)

Good idea. :) I hurt my toes yesterday then went for a pedi and the guy had to tiptoe (heehee) around my bruises. Dropping drawers on the toes is a bad idea.
 
My last full week here woohoo

I am a walking ball of happiness! Especially after reading all about my benefits at BJs. I can't WAIT to get my life back again!!!

You can have fun with it I don't care lol I announced at work that I love BJs without thinking anything of it :shrug:

First of all who Doesn't love BJ's?


Secondly, things move very slowly when discussing potential employment. No earth shattering news or people knocking on my door with bags of cash. I do have a concall at 2 about some potential contract work that could keep me busy for a while.

Hey you know sometimes that work gets you places. I started where I am now as a temp. I was only supposed to be here for a month and here I am 7 years later leaving them :)

I wish you good luck with it all!

When I drop my drawers and even my jeans on my toes there is no bruising. How much do your drawers weigh?

They just relocated there. I don't know where they were before but I went to the website and I have to say their prices are very decent compared to what I paid back home!

The are good prices, I just looked. I still can't picture where they are and it is 5 minutes from me.:doh:
