Thanks for taking a minute to answer, Baron. Many who oppose "murder" seem to exclude capital punishment from that category. To me, one human being killing another is murder, whether government authorized or criminal. I'm not religious per se, but "thou shalt not kill" doesn't seem to allow for exceptions. I'll stick with "Vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord. I shall repay." I agree. Let's leave taking another person's life up to a power greater than our own puny little selves. Plus, as you stated, there are too many errors made in "proof" and capital punishment has done nothing as a deterrent.
