    Thanks for your sanity. One of the main reasons I rarely participate in these forums is they so quickly devolve into name-calling. No reasonable exchange of ideas can survive all the noise. But it's what I expect, so I mostly just post to poke the bear. smile

    That's because they don't want to understand. People like to think they are right, and enlightened, and they don't at all like to be knocked out of their comfort zone..their own, personal, Overton window. Nazi's didn't think they were wrong, or evil, and neither does anyone else. Most people feel threatened by other people's freedom. They want safe spaces, and that means controlling others around them, because they don't trust people as much as they trust government, the Grand Protector.

    I've been paying attention to Q...but not quite sure what to make of it. Definitely more than 1 person, definitely one or more taht are close to the WH, but I suspect over the last 3 weeks or so, we are not dealing with the same Q.

    I've never won, and I play like 10 games a week. Never. Not once. I only play because in between doing work it gives me a mindless break.

    Not really. I used to live in Alamo Heights but that was years ago. What happened was the uber white fans began chanting USA because it was anti-immigrant rhetoric. The hispanic kids just shrugged it off. The kids from Alamo Heights(uber Anglo) were caught in a very embarrassing situation. It just kind of went away.

    If you noticed a somewhat obscure correct usage, than no doubt the incorrect usage of "an" that permeates the world today is driving you crazy as well.

    I bought an new vacuum cleaner. I will use it to suck up an big pile of dirt. Then I'm off to an baseball game.

    Where does this come from. It makes me want to scream.
