The guy to develop a QB should be the OC or QB coach, not the Head Coach. For all we know Mayo could be the second coming, and this team goes on to have sustained success over the next two decades.

Only questions now for me are 1) who takes over as GM? 2) does Mayo have full control over coaching hires, if so, do we see replacements incoming?
