Okay, I just heard this rumor...

If Abdul Carter is there at pick 4, the Pats are set to make a trade with the Eagles that would include AJ Brown.

What I saw, the rumor, was 4 for 32, Brown and the Eagles 2nd next year. Not even close to enough. It would need to be a 2nd this year and a first next year, to even start the discussion. (Even that's not really enough, because that pick will likely be in the 30s again)
