2025 - Workouts, OTAs, Rookie Camp, Training Camp & Preseason

Seems like there wasn't nearly as much reporting on the 3rd media OTA as on previous ones...

All that guaranteed money, I hope he doesn't drop his wallet.

That's likely because the individual performances and the overall team performance were much better than the previous ones. Just a way of life in this media market.
It's merely individual and skill drills, which is why it's essential not to read too much into them. Remember last year Baker was impressively dominating DB's in one-on-one drills during OTA and mini-camp. He's on the bubble this year in camp.

Interested to see the extent of Tavai's injury. You hate to see it, but that could be the difference with Mapu making the team. As I've said from when he was drafted, I don't love Mapu as a safety - especially given the other thumpers back there - but I'm intrigued by him as a speed/cover LB.

And not for nothing, but with so many fringe guys That we're going to hate to have to cut (especially young guys) some fairly minor injuries during training camp that allow us to stash people on PUP might have a long-term benefit. Foxborough Flu may be a significant ally this year

Word is TreVeyon Henderson is making some great plays with his speed and quickness. He's creating a lot of buzz among the coaches and players.
Yes, he's a RB but his pass catching skills are as good as our best WRs. Watch how effortlessly he pulls this ball in, tucks it quickly and continues his stride.
There's a lot of natural ability in this short video but there's also a lot of learned technique. OROY candidate in my mind.

Yeah, with him already being (probably) the best pass-blocker on the team at RB, there's a damn good chance he starts and shoulders a lot more of the load than people think.

You don't draft a 3rd down back at the top of the 2nd round.
