Yeah podcasts are long but they allow for more details to come out.

A good example of this from this podcast would be the Detroit formation. We're all junkies here so I'm sure most were aware that's what Bill calls 2 tight end and that it obviously went back to his time in Detroit. But I didn't realize it was the Patriots staff at the time that labeled it like that because that's who ran it on us and it stayed in Patriots lingo that way waiting for Bill to rejoin it.

He also went into detail why it's good and how it allows you to exploit the defenses tendency to overplay strong side. I leave that for you to actually listen too as to not butcher the details.

I hope they get him on again because it's awesome hearing him let his guard down and just talk ball.

Credit to PMT guys for putting content over clicks. Obviously they're barstool guys and Prez would have their asses for going at the wall but they could have easily gone for the low hanging fruit and asked the gossipy BS that would get them clicks but also would have completely changed the tenor and we wouldn't have gotten 2 hours of pure football talk.

The segment starting at 36 Mins to go is really, really good. Bill talks about the players who came in "not good" but made themselves improve every day and became great.
He begins with Brady. Exceptional content.

Since schefter's reporting it, i'm more likely to believe that there's vericity because i know he has a relationship with that franchise. If so i really love that. Pretty sure bill and sean have a good friendship especially after they backed each other during those bullshit fake scandals each of their teams had.

If I'm reading this correctly it doesn't sound like it really got any further than Sean Payton's own mind.
