I am not sure why you think this would piss anyone off here. That would be like a military guy getting a medal from the President and someone say, F that soldier Trump is President.

With the advent of Apple Music I now get the Boston sports stations. I had to turn it off this morning. The whining and bitching from the host on WEEI and the callers was pathetic. I have been gone from the People's Republic of Taxachussetts so long now that I forgot just how socialist the population has become. Wow.

Even as a Colts fan I understand what BB and TB have meant for the sport specifically, and more generally all of us. They exemplify American Exceptionalism and were/are at the pinnacle of their professional endeavors. BB deserves this award, and anyone so short sighted as to give 2 shits or a feck that it is Trump giving it to them can eff the eff off. And after throwing up in my mouth a little, I can return to my largely unhealthy hatred of the Pats, BB and TB and rooting for them to lose every game they play/coach in perpetuity. :coffee:

Yeah, well that kind of backfired on this board, because nobody cared. Sorry. My issues with Trump were not who he gave a freaking medal to.

Did he lose fans, not really I don't think but there we a lot that were pissed and he never wore the hat, it was in his locker in a photo.

That hat was given to him by Kraft and he stuck it in his locker. Also no, I couldnt give a shit who Brady votes for or doesnt vote for. I am not sure he is very political really. He met Trump at some place rich people hang out at and he didnt punch Brady in the face so Brady didnt really hate him or anything I guess. It seems like Brady votes for who his wife tells him to at this point. The media tried to play it up more than it was as usual. I think the last stance was Brady didnt go to the whitehouse and Trump got butthurt so not sure they are friends anymore.

He never wore that hate, Kraft gave it to him and he put it in his locker and some media guy saw it and took off from there.

I would prefer he decline it in light of recent events but as a person who trys to look on the bright side I do know some steelers fans who's head will explode at the thought of "belicheat" winning the medal freedom
