Boston Bruins hockey

Why are our Boston sports teams run by idiots? 🙄
My guess is because they are making money for the owners. Cheap roster, hope it's competitive, fire the coach when it's not...

FWIW I'd leave the Celtics out of this and maybe the Pats, I'll let you know when the season starts.

James Hagens is the Bruins first pick in the NHL draft, it’ll be a couple years before we even see him on the ice.

You might see him. After his BC season is over next year. A lot of people had him ranked as a top three prospect. If it takes him a couple of years to make the team. He's not the player. They thought he was.

This signing is absolute garbage. If they were going to waste precious cap space on this stiff. They should have just kept freddy. They are the same player. What massive over pay. In length and money.

Good opening night win over the Caps, Swayman looks like he’s back in form and the defense played well. Still too many penalties but they killed them and even scored a pp goal.

OT win over the Blackhawks, Fraser Minton with the snipe from the right circle on a 2 on 1. Good to see some secondary scoring but not good to see Hampus go down again, hopefully it’s nothing serious.

3-0, this has the smell of the 2022-23 season, hopefully they can keep the puck rolling.

Wasn’t able to watch the game yesterday as it wasn’t televised in my area. Losing always sucks but this one could have ended up being an ugly loss (down 4-1 at one point) but they showed some resolve and it was a 1 goal loss at 4-3. They’re working hard and showing a lot of grit, I hope it continues for the next 78 games.

Looks like it might be a long season for the B’s if they don’t find some offense.
The offense hasn't been the problem. It's been the defense. Lots of bone headed turnovers. And giving up quality high risk scoring chances.
