The bruins are 15th out of 16 teams in the eastern conference. In goals against. The strength of the team was supposed to be defense and excellent goal tending. They aren't good at either one.
 
Rinse wash repeat. They keep losing games the same way. I hope there are some good prospects entering the next draft 💩

On the NHL roster? I don't think so, lol. Hagens looks like a player. Maybe Sweeney and neely will get shit canned before the draft. Fingers crossed.

What a disaster game last night. Giving up 4 PP goals to....Ottawa.
taking stupid penalties seems to be a big issue here.
 
Until the Bruins can learn to play with discipline and fix their horrid defense they will continue to lose. Swayman and Korpisalo has been hung out to dry too many times this season and were barely into it.
 
Helluva performance by Korpisalo and they actually found some offense but the penalties are making it tough to win games.
 
I just don't see a light at the end of the tunnel with this team. They shouldn't be this bad but they lack talent with the current roster, and if they decide to tank and/or trade away the talent they do have for picks, we can't trust Sweeney to draft well. I just don't know how they pull themselves out of this. Firing Sweeney at the very least is the only thing that would start to make me feel better.

Tank and fire Sweeney. All they can do at this point.
 
There are a handful of players I would not trade or let go, Pasta and Geekie being 2 of them. They need some better responsible d-men to keep the opposition from scoring such easy goals. I also don’t think goal tending is an issue, fix the D and the rest will take of itself.
 
There isn't anyone on this team. That I wouldn't consider trading. The biggest mistake Sweeney made was signing swillman to that huge contract. Imagine the cap room they would have if they didn't. And korp gives them practically the same goal tending swillman does.
 
Good win against a very good team. Swayman played well again and the defense was solid most of the game. Middlestat and Arvidson with the goals, this is how the Bruins are going to have to play with the lack of true goal scorers, save Pasta and Geekie.
 
Best start to finish game this team has played all season yesterday. Very impressive and very enjoyable to watch.
