Boston Bruins hockey

I was disappointed to see Swayman throwing around such a ridiculous $ figure. I understand posturing (ask for 10, you really want 8) but agree with posts here saying 7 mil tops.
of course, who the hell thought WR's in NFL getting that much money, so Swayman can shoot for the works and see what happens.
NHL ain't NFL as far as revenues, so if B's don't budge above a reasonable number I'm fine with that.
The NHL cap is exponentially harder to work with than the NFL one too, no restructuring loopholes etc..

It's getting a bit old. Dude is 25, talented, but who does he really think he is? Not like he has a Cup run to back it up.
He's been a part time goalie his entire career, to date. swaywomens head is way too big.

I was thinking his sister must be gutted.
I can't imagine (and don't ever want to know) how that entire family's excitement and euphoria over this coming weekend has just been flipped into such a tragic nightmare.

Life is so hard to begin with but if anyone should ever be given a free pass on anything, it should be to never have to bury a child. My heart is breaking in every single direction for Gaudreau family.

Guess there was a car that moved over a little to make room for them, and the drunk asshole tried to pass it and crunch, ran them over from behind. Unreal, and I wonder if the wedding is even going to happen. Think it was supposed to be tonight..or thats what I heard.

Edit the wedding was canceled. Really wanted him to be a Bruin too at some point. Probably wouldn't have happened but man it would have been cool.

Watched last nights preseason game against the Flyers, Bruins pretty much owned them for most of the game and should have shut them out but the lack of rebound control on Bussi's part cost them one. Still, a pretty good performance by the Bruins. Hopefully Marchy is going to be ready to go next Tuesday.

I've watched all the games so far. Korpisalo looked good enough so far this preseason. If they play good d in front of him. They will be ok without swaywomen. The Russian Z stood out last night. as did johnson. i hope he makes the team.

They overpaid. And their goalies take up a big chunk of the salary cap. Not good. i was hoping they would trade him.

That was a nice early season win. Against a good team. poitras played well. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

What a sloppy mess that game was. If it wasn't for the 4th line. They would probably be winless.

The bruins are as dead as this thread. korpisalo played great tonight. What a waste.
