Back to back shut out wins this weekend and they actually played well in front of Korp and Sway but Pasta needs to work on his game, he was a turnover machine against the Kraken on Sunday and got benched halfway through the 2nd period. Tonight should be a good game as they always up their game against the Laffs. Hoping this is the turn around I was expecting to see after that horrible loss to Carolina.
 
A tale of 2 games last night. You had a pretty good first period and then the smack down. The penalty shot was bullshit. At worst Lohrei was even with Dadvov on the break in. Should have been no penalty at all and Lohrei should have gotten props at the bench for a good play. I mean someone has to make a save, it's not like Swayman will. He's what? 5-6-1 for how much money? I said it all last year I loved having 2 number ones with Linus. I wish they had the crystal ball and just coughed up the money for both. Then Benn savagely boards the crap out of Carlo on a really bad looking hit. Those are the hits your teammates don't talk about in the locker room after the game. Zadorov immediately steps in and crushes him with hockey justice. If Lohrei gets a hit with a penalty shot Benn should have been tossed with a possible Match Penalty thrown in. But just a 2 minute minor and this after the ref review. jhc. The rest of the first was pretty entertaining with my man Coyle putting in the gimme and the rest of the team stepping it up, putting a better Dallas team on its heels. Then the rest of the game happened...
 
Dadarov did not have a clear path to the net and there shouldn’t have even been a penalty called, never mind a penalty shot. And that hit in Carlo should have been a major and a game but he gets 2 minutes instead. The officiating was beyond horrid last night.
 
This team better figure it out quick or they’re not making the playoffs, losing to a shit team like St Louis on home ice and having only 17 shots in regulation. 🤮
 
What an utter embarrassing display of hockey, this Bruins team is one of the worst I’ve seen in quite a while and if Monty isn’t fired by mid season I’ll be shocked.

There isn't a player on the bruins. That I wouldn't consider trading. The only one I would be sorry to see go is marchand.

Well it looks like I was a little bit off on my timing. Not expecting great things from this team this season but if they actually start to play better defense and do something about their PK/PP 'd be happy.
 
Joe Sacco's first test is tonight against Utah, hopefully he starts Korpisalo in net and sits Swayman.
