A lot of teams? I think you're living in a fantasy land. I'm sure teams are knocking down Sweeney's door trying to trade for a 8mil/yr goalie that's never played more than 45 games and has had an awful start to his season. I'm sure that'd be a great look for the Bruins too when they try to sign FA's. Hey sign here, though we might trade you in a month if you have a slow start.
 
I checked Swaymans stats for the top 40 goalies in the league yesterday and he was sitting dead last at #40, Bruins overpaid bigtime.

Fucking Sweeney. All he had to do was take swillman to arbitration again. And he would be on a 2-year contract right now. And they could have evaluated him for 2 years.

And we'd probably still have Ulmark instead of Korpisalo, who is actually playing much better than Swayman right now and is ranked number 8 in the league.
 
5 and 2 since the coaching change. That's not bad. They are definitely playing better. Especially on defense. i would love to see them win 3 in a row for the first time this year.
 
Bruins have played 27 games thus far and are tied with Pittsburgh for most games played in the eastern conference and they play again tonight, only the San Jose Sharks have played more games in the NHL. Brutal schedule coming up next week where they head to the west coast and play 5 games in 8 days starting with the Jets on the 10th which should be a good test for them.

Marchy is my wife's favorite player and it seems he is starting to heat up at the right time though I am a bit worried about Swaymans play in net.

I was one of them. He looked slow, uninvolved and disinterested. It's a welcome turnaround.
 
I was never much of a Biz fan but after this latest attack on him I’ve started to come around and his poking and prodding of Brad is downright hilarious.

McAvoy definitely was noticeable out there. I hope he keeps it up. zadorov is also playing better. He has a shot mentality. They need that. He's been blasting shots. And he's playing better in the dzone.
 
Real test comes Tuesday, Winnipeg will be a good challenge for them and I hope Sacco starts Korpisalo in net.

They have been losing a lot of games lately. They are 5 and 5 in their last ten.
