I have no issue with Brady staying in to get Gronk his money. If anyone thinks that Arians is running ANYTHING there they were misinformed from the get go so...
Brady is 44 and the perfect player/coach at this stage of this career. Also Licht's WR draft picks and FAs that have filled in with Godwin's and ABs absences have been awesome. Brady must thank his stars every night that he is not throwing to Harry and Gunner anymore.

Their was no meantion of Patriots in any of the replies. You just had to make a negative comment about them.
My post & video just showed Brady runs that team.

Please. The shots at Arians are just that. So I just like to remind folks that Brady went there precisely so he could have more control of the offense and a better roster.

He went there precisely because he was no longer tough enough to take hard coaching and he doesn't like to be told what to do. Plus, Yoko Bundchen gave him an ultimatum. He's ok with women telling him what to do, but, men? Nah...

Its shots at TB HC. The video just proves your correct . He has no authority over Brady. His role is stand aside let Brady do what he wants .

Please. That is a bit extreme. Brady is running Arians system and it is a collaborative effort not only between but also with Leftwich. Not sure if you read the SI Sportsperson of the year article on Brady but he mentioned how with the Bucs there are more voices in the room. That is the type of coach Arians is and really when you have the GOAT, why wouldn't you give him more control? I mean look what he has done the last 2+ seasons? The Bucs made the playoffs for the first time in 13 years last year, won 4 playoff games enroute to the SB where Brady was MVP. This season they have set all types of franchise records with the biggest one being a 13 win season, the first time it has happened in their history. They are also tied for the best record in the league with GB.

I mean folks up here snicker at Arians and scoff at Brady's control, and to me it is ridiculous when you look at the results. The smartest coaches in sports let their best players lead and it has resulted in unprecedented success for the Bucs the last 2 season.

You posted many times Arians was smart enough to Step aside. Let Brady call the plays& run the show.
You know damn well if a player did this in NE. He would be in BB doghouse & Benched.

So what is your point? You were the one chastising me for bringing the Patriots in?

There is more than one way to be successful and win championships. Brady proved that the last two years.

I already posted it . You only did it because you didn't like Peoples calling out Arians authority. Brady ignoring the coaches with no conquences.
No. It is the snickering at Arians style and scoffing at Brady's control. It is ridiculous when you look at the success the two have had together.

Also, wanted to post this. In all of Brady's 20 years in NE, Bill never gave him an endorsement like this.

It was great. Hurley is a very skilled writer IMO. He is able to beautifully capture not only the great season statistically by Brady but it's historical significance.

I am glad you responded. I know others here follow and root for Brady as they PM me. I don't know what happened to this board and all it's anger toward Brady but this season of his has been an absolute joy to watch. He was right last year when he said he thought the offense could improve a lot in year 2.

Whos angry with Brady? Disappointed that he acted like a pouty bitch who wouldn’t work with his young receivers in 2019, maybe.

But angry?

Please. That’s more of your wishful thinking.

This board is unique in that regard. A few posters here (not a ton) really hate the guy and have said so in their posts. I do think you are right that is more of a Bill division here. This board is extremely pro Bill so Brady's success is seen as a slight against Bill for some reason, probably our toxic media.

Wow, that’s one phenomenal swing and a miss! Way to go!

No one else wanted Brady. How quickly you forget. Show me his other contract offers. He had perhaps one other team? The Chargers?

Yeah, he “went” there because he had no fucking choice.

Arians isn't smart. He's smart enough to not screw up his gravy train...but, he isn't very smart.

It's pretty smart to let the Goat run the offense and have input in personnel.

Also, it has become abundantly clear that even though Brady had great coaching in New England he wasn't dependent on it.

Maybe not in 2021, but it's also naïve to pretend that Brady would be Brady if he'd spent 20 years with a coach like Arians or [insert random JAG coach] instead of Bill.

A house plant could have been "coaching" the Bucs and they would have had the same results. Arians is a coat tail rider

Totally. Mazz is all over the place on this at first glance. You'd expect her to be dissing Arians as well, because who needs a coach when you have the Lord Avocado at QB who is just so perfect he can do it all, play, coach, recruit etc.

But then it all comes back to her anger with Bill....In order to further diss Bill, she has to big up Arians because Arians was wise enough to let Tom run this show and gives him the love and worship that Bill never did. Ergo, Arians has to be bigged up....

I don't disagree. You really don't need much when you have the GOAT QB.

One thing is for sure - Bill is MUCH more dependent on high QB level play than Brady is on high level coaching.
