They seem to be a pretty good team! In that second quarter they hit their second 2 pointer with 4:20 to go. The mind boggles at the reliance on the 3.
 
Big applause to Old Man Average Al, playing big minutes pretty damned well in KP's absence.

But they go from like 'Probably best team in the league' to '90s Bulls' when Porzingas is out there.

They really do. zingis on the floor. Opens up everything for everybody.
 
Been watching a lot of G League this season. Scheierman has his shooting mojo back, has had some eye popping assists, and the dude is a competitor. I have no doubt he will be a rotation player at some point. He might get a look in the 2nd half of the season when they start conserving the starters minutes. And JD Davison is an athletic freak, is a beast on defense and considerably better with turnovers this season. The 3 point shooting and consistency isn't quite there though. Clock's ticking on him, he will definitely get his shot, but it's probably going to be for another team at this point unless something drastic happens. One guy that has come out of no where is Hayden Ward, the guy is everywhere on defense and has looked like Robert Williams blocking shots. Apparently he went to Highschool in Mass.

The cavs have come back down to earth. They lost 2 in a row. i could not care less about the nba cup. i would rather have the best record in the league at the end of the year.

I was telling someone the other day, the Cavs look like a team about ready to drop 7 of their next 10 or something. People got tape on the Mobley/Allen lineup, and saw how to beat it. Also Darius Garland has fallen off a cliff.
 
Man this broadcast is absolutely horrible, so much homerism it takes the fun out of watching them play. I had to mute the tv it was that bad.

Drew carter is extremely annoying. And scal isn't much better. Imagine how bad they would be. If the team wasn't any good.
 
The grizzlies are another team. I'm glad is in the western conference. They will be really hard to beat in a 7 game series. They made the Celtics work extremely hard for everything. 5 games in 7 nights took a toll on the Celtics. They didn't shoot very well. And missed a lot of free throws.
 
zingis left tonight's game with an injury. The team should just cover him in bubble wrap. And save him till April. Fingers crossed. It's not serious.
