Over Jordan, Johnson and anyone else on the dream team. He had intimidation down to an art form. He made the other players better by forcing them to up their game. He was the best passer in Celtics history and made Parish and McHale holy terrors in their own right in the paint. Bill Walton called him the best teammate he ever had.

Celtic team doctors reported that they needed 2 x ray slides to capture Hondo's freakishly large lungs for team physicals. In his rookie training camp, he was bullied by Celtic enforcer Jim Loscutoff. (7 Rings and retired " Loscy " which hangs in the rafters) After Havlicek ran him into the ground Loscutoff agreed to stop pounding on him if Hondo would stop running. Hondo is a Boston sports giant.

Tatum, Holliday and Porzingas all sat tonight. The Celtics are doing what every NBA should have been doing all along. Load Management, without announcing to everyone with an iPhone that they're doing load management.
