Celtics

6-0 road trip...1st time in Celtics history.

That left eyebrow is clearly dangerous.

Here's a mock draft that shows the Celtics getting Broome.

That would a nice outcome, but I think his stock has risen a somewhat during the tournament and I don't see him lasting until pick 28/29/30.
Picking that late in the draft, I would happily take Broome.

They might just trade the pick to be honest. I don't think they can afford signing 1st round picks anymore.

You can tell how when the Celtics go on long winning streaks and stretches, because sometimes it's weeks before the same posters show up.

Not you, Patriotspride. You shit on them consistently. I respect the hell out of that. :coffee:

24 and 13 at home. 32 and 7 on the road.
28-13 at home. 33-8 on the road.

61-21. 3rd in offense, 2nd in defense.

This is one of those years that reminds me of 86, because unlike last year, they gave their bench plenty of run in the back half of the year, and they delivered. Last year, they didn't get nearly as much run. I'd say the Celtics bench would have won 45-50 games this year, and that's damned impressive. How they managed this while being a 2nd apron team is beyond me.

(Last year, they were 37-4 at home, 27-14 on the road, 2nd in offense, 5th in defense)

The Celtics are better on the road. Then they are at home. :coffee:
