Colin Cowherd Speaks the Truth on Peyton

I don't know what's going on with Peyton, but the whole thing makes me sad. :sulk:

So, I'm going to talk about Colin Cowherd instead. I've never been a fan of him.

First, the guy doesn't like green bean casserole. That's crazy. Not liking green bean casserole is like not liking rainbows and puppies IMO.

But, I could get past that if it weren't for this . . . the most nauseating display of Brady love that I have ever seen.

Typical of a Colts fan to hate someone for being smart.

Although the Moon landing is the greatest accomplishment of man, not the Pyramids.

Green bean casserole doesn't even play in the same league as rainbows and puppies.

Based on that "Norman Bates hack 'em to death with a kitchen knife" look on Cowherd's face during that video, I think he might be yanking your chain a little there.

I've mentioned this before, but if you really need something to hate how about Colts radio man Bob Lamey's voice? Especially when he gets excited, I feel bad for his wife.

I hate kids and yet I'd still rather listen to a crying baby than that guy.

This.

At least as far as "classic" GBC goes.

Of course, a foodie might approach GBC with fresh green and waxed beans, wild mushrooms, bacon, artisan cheeses, etc. The concept is salvageable.

As long as you keep the kale Nazis out of it.

Cheers, BostonTim

Colin Cowherd is tremendous. His brutal honesty and attention to detail may be a turn off to some, but that's what an intellectual does, which is why he has a "hard on" for the Patriots. He tells you what's on his mind, has an opinion, and backs it up with reasons and/or facts. He's intellectually superior to most talk show hosts, and he doesn't have to express himself by elevating the volume of his voice while doing so ----> looking at you Stephen A and Skip Bayless

In every horse race, someone bets on the long shot.

It's only funny until one of those horses comes in. Then, everyone else at the track says "damn, I didn't have that nag even finishing the race."

I will say this. I think Peyton has had it; he can only get worse from here on out. Osweiler has an outside chance of getting better. Is he ever going to be as good as TB12? No, but this of course is obvious. Could he be good enough by the end of this season to get the Donkeys the 3-seed, a home win in the WC round, and a road win against the Bengals in the second round? Maybe.
How can he get worse than a 0.0 quarterback rating?

:shrug_n:

:shrug_n:

He can go from having a 0.0 rating for one game to having a 0.0 rating for the rest of the season.

Although, if he turns in another clunker like the last one, I don't think many Donkey fans, or even Elway, would object if Kubiak permanently relegated Pizza-boy to a backup role.

The 'record' was as big a joke as Strahan sacking fetal position Favre.

Go for the record -- pick to lose the game
New Week
Go for the record -- pick to start the loss rolling.
4 yard lame pass -- fanfare!!!

Peyton threw 8 interceptions in 20 passes vs KC.
4 of them were dropped.

I remember a time when people used to actually support Manning over Brady. (5 years ago maybe?)

At least he still has his 3 TD 7 interception SB run where he beat the legendary Rex Grossman and won a popularity contest MVP as the 9th best guy on the field.

The last few years of their career could not have been anymore stark with Brady getting his 4th ring over the same team that crushed Manning in the SB. But this crash and burn ending by Manning takes the cake.

See, I was wary of Cowherd because I had heard he said some racist shit against Dominicans. Then I listened to what he actually said and it was blindingly clear he was saying their school system is bad and not claiming they're naturally stupid. So another case of the media blowing something out of proportion.

I started seeing clips of his on Fox Sports' facebook and was like "Wow, this guy is good!" Then I saw the smokeshow co-host he has and that sealed the deal. LOL.

Kristine Leahy for anyone who needs to know for "scientific" purposes.

what's scary is how many media people, even former hcs like billick, have said that even if osweiler plays well, they would put pm back in when he's healthy. that's why bb>them. he wouldn't. and that's why pm and he could never coexist.

I catch the Herd a lot.

She's blistering.

Colin Cowherd speaks the truth! Pey-Pey is the King of Schmooze.

Everyone's falling all over themselves crying over poor Peyton. When Tom struggled last year, they were out with the knives and forks, as in stick a fork in him, he's done.
