College Football 2024 Thread

Loo loo loosiers

Iu played no one to get to 10-0, I knew when they played a good team, it would be bad for the.

What a day!! Nebraska is bowl eligible and KU is punching the Fighting Deions right in the mouth.

There will be a shake up as we get near to the end of the regular schedule and the 12 teams are selected for the playoffs.
There will be some major whining and crying by teams left out.

Fuck Shedeur the spoiled brat who shoved an official clearly last night. What a prima donna. Stay far away from that punk, NFL teams.
I can't believe he's getting #1 overall hype. He's got good speed, not great, but he has an average arm at best.

Would you put PSU above ND this week? If so, is there any reason other than that's where they were before this week?

I think ND losing to a shitty Northern Illinois at home is kinda sticking with them. Maybe if Northern Illinois won the MAC it wouldn’t be so bad but their conference record is 3-4. In the MAC. Not good. That said other than Wisconsin I don’t see any real quality wins for Penn St. ND just needs to beat USC & the rest will take care of itself.

I would love to have ND face PSU in round 1. I wish Morrison was still playing - he might be the best CB in the country - but this is actually a team this year. Not soft and overrated like they are so many years.

...I think.

Wait, but 1-4 get byes, right? So it would be SMU.

SMU's a real 'hang points on anyone' kind of team - the kind you don't want to face in a playoff, honestly. Miami's gotten most of the hype, but I think SMU's the best team in the ACC, and I think they'll win the ACC Championship when they play.

...so is ND, who has averaged north of 40 since the end of September. And ND also has a defense. I feel pretty good about it.

ND is playing their best football of the year right now & Riley Leonard has finally being playing like everyone expected. He could always run but his passing game has been very good the last few games.

I couldn't sleep so I got up and put on the last 10 minutes of the Georgia vs Georgia Tech game. Georgia was down 2 scores and came back to tie that game. Then it went into 7 OT'S with Georgia winning.
Georgia are the Chiefs of college football. They seem to get every call when it counts the most.
Some important games today.

Was a fun game throughout.
Georgia played pretty sloppily for most of the game.
The GT Oline played well, didn’t see any Georgia first rounders on their defensive front line.
The GT QB is a gamer.
