Craig Woodson pick 106 in the NFL Draft- Welcome to the Patriots

Craig Woodson 6 feet 210 pounds Safety from Cal.
He's exactly what I thought the Patriots needed, a versitile cover safety. He was not on my list because I didn’t watch any Cal games this year. All I know is what I've read and it's good.

In the 2025 NFL Draft, four players from California Golden Bears were selected. They are Nohl Williams (CB, Round 3, Kansas City Chiefs), Craig Woodson (S, Round 4, New England Patriots), Teddye Buchanan (LB, Round 4, Baltimore Ravens), and Marcus Harris (CB, Round 6, Tennessee Titans).

Think you all will like Woodson because he is fully aware of where the ball is. In one truncated game I saw he had two mid field pass break ups.

Before the draft, I stated that the Patriots needed to draft a cover safety, which used to be called a free safety.
I said when they drafted Woodson that he was exactly what they needed. Hopefully he will be what we think he is.
