It never ceases to amaze me all the lying and misrepresenting of information that happened during spygate. Back then King actually had credibility and should have done his homework but he didn't and as a result he lost Bill forever. I am sure he is not the only one.

Montana really struggles with the fact that Brady is the greatest of all time. That Brady is the best of all time. Call it whatever you want. I read an article not too long ago and it was sadly evident that he is unable to process the fact that he was passed up. This article and his claim about Marino solidifies his inability to understand he is second.

There is an OBVIOUSNESS here. Montana thinks (or wants to believe) he's the greatest but he can't say THAT out loud. He's not that stupid. But Maybe if he proclaims it to be Marino he can keep the debate alive while making folks think he's being impartial so we should listen.. Already seen a good bit of response that say no joe, YOU were better than Marino..

I always loved Marino. My Goat. All my respect. But this chicanery kills the respect thing. Just sayin.

I posted this on the Brady forum. It is very sad that Montana is so bitter. I would imagine Brady obliterating him was tough enough but now he has to hear how Mahomes is already better than him. Brady/Bill reduced his career and the San Fran dynasty to a footnote in history and now every subsequent great team pushes those niners further back. Honestly, I love it. Rice is just as bitter.
 
I'm almost sure some years back that King mea culpa'd on falling for the spy gate story. It was probably discussed here at the time.

Also, if Welker didn't have butterfingers, if Asante did not jump too early, if Tyree didn't have stickum on his helmet, if Butler played - Brady would have 11 rings and a perfect season on top.

It's swings and roundabouts. We won a lot of close SBs as well that we could have lost easily.
