It is legal to peel stickers off helmets and put on a different sticker. If all they did was switch stickers, they're good. Alas, the Patriot's old helmets were white, the new ones sliver, so we can't do that.

I know the rule is that one can't change helmets, but why can't they paint them?

Seems to be a lot of work, much more than just changing the logo sticker.

My question is why the Pats can't put Pat Patriot on the silver helmets. If Denver can put their old logo on their current helmets, why can't the Pats? Do it and wear the throwback reds. It's not rocket science.
