I have a bunch of guy friends, and I would never interlock my fingers with theirs like that. Bro hugs only, and spouses/significant others all welcome at any time we meet. I don't even really hug them when their spouses are there unless they approach me first, because only they know if their spouse will be comfortable with them hugging another female.
 
Someone pointed out on X that perhaps this was a real issue in his firing by the titans. Because information was being leaked to the media and she was covering the team at that point.Perhaps they knew who was behind the leaks.

Yeah. The finger locking goes way beyond friends IMO.

vrabel screwing around is between him and his wife as is russini and her husband.
What bothers me is that he spent time calling out treyveon henderson's bible verse publicly instead of saying, "this is something we talked to our players about and the conversation will remain private", which is what bill used to do. bill's way was a lot better way to handle it in my opinion.

Yes, but let's be fair here - you are presuming he is 100% guilty.

Certainly those photos don't paint the situation in a great light for a married man, but nothing about them provides definitive proof that they are truly having an affair.

That's correct. There is no definitive proof. but my understanding is that resort had private rooms with rooftop access, so he would have been in her hotel room alone with her or vice versa. It is also from what I understand hours away from where his meetings were.

All incriminating elements, yet none of them are definitive.

Abd listen, for some people, him just being in another woman's hotel room and touching her hands in that manner are just as bad as cheating and will forever think less of him for it. But right now, that's about all we know he has done.

Imagine how his wife feels just seeing those pics in the paper. And online.
 
Please this is all being published and pushed by Page Six a garbage gossip rag. There may have been a number of photos taken but they are only going to print the ones that fit whatever BS they want to print. Her editor and others have all said this is a totally non story.
In a statement to NBC News on Wednesday, Athletic Executive Editor Steven Ginsberg said the photos are "misleading and lack essential context."

"These were public interactions in front of many people," Ginsberg said. "Dianna is a premier journalist covering the NFL and we're proud to have her at The Athletic.”

Russini said in her own statement that many reporters in her field interact with "sources" outside of stadiums and work venues.

"The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day," she said.


A representative for the Patriots did not immediately respond to a request for comment from NBC News.

Vrabel denied any allegation of impropriety in a statement to Page Six. “These photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable," he said. "This doesn’t deserve any further response.”

Page Six offered conflicting accounts from anonymous sources as to Vrabel and Russini's time together at the hotel. An unnamed friend of the coach told the outlet that the two of them were staying a couple of hours away and drove up to meet Russini, who was staying in Sedona on a trip with her friends.
