Agreed. Seems like he did well with Maye and Milton to whatever degree he was responsible for their development. There are no plans to have AVP rejoin the coaches in any capacity. He did fine with Maye imo
Crucial point. Josh can work with Drake for years here. He's an excellent OC who has an incredible track record. I imagine Drake is over the moon with this.Josh McDaniels is done as a HC in the NFL. He's officially in Wade Phillips territory (coordinator or bust). That is another positive to this move as his presence is no threat to Vrabel. He's here to build an offense and nothing more.
Honestly, that is what I care about most. Continuity so Maye can develop and become an elite QB much the way Allen has in Buffalo.Crucial point. Josh can work with Drake for years here. He's an excellent OC who has an incredible track record. I imagine Drake is over the moon with this.
Love it. This could be a great combo. And Drake seems very level headed and grounded, he should take Josh's guidance well.According to Mike Giardi on early edition last night, Josh is anxious to work with Drake Maye to make him into his next GOAT QB. Josh sees plenty of potential.
Sounds like Josh to me and I hope he does!!

well, I think we all know it was Josh that made Tom Brady so great --- so let's run the same development plan back w/ Drake
