He never actually wanted to get signed at any point, he's just trying to keep the narrative alive enough so he can continue to make millions off endorsements. He acts like he wants to make a comeback, and then makes demands to make sure no one would sign him. Like why would any team trust a player's commitment who won't sign a contract unless he guaranteed to be a starter? I guess if there's any team that dumb it would be the Browns.
