Alaska beat you in a pissing match. Geography aside though, Eh?Meh...
If I go 25 miles SOUTHeast from here I would be in Canada....
The north is cold either way...unless you're in the Pacific NorthWest.

A friend of mine who grew up in Montana said " My mom claims she has never been so cold as a winter's day in Seattle."Alaska beat you in a pissing match. Geography aside though, Eh?

I find this interesting regarding the Saban-Belichick narrative. Barmore clearly has a preference between the two.
Maybe this explains the claim Barmore didn’t take coaching well etc. Saban maybe just was not putting the time in the way Bill clearly is.

Boomer is enthusiastic about this Patriots team and the coaching job by BB (and McD) this year.
Cowher thinks BB will be and should be coach of the year.
If the Pats stay healthy they have as good a chance as anyone at the SB title.
Joe Judge says the Belichick-Brady era was 100% on Bill Belichick...that BB would have won with almost any decent QB he stuck in at the position.
That was uncalled for.Willie talks D with Matthew Judon

Two travesties for what was a bedrock franchise starting in 1934:Tonight my wife asked me why the Lions are on every Thanksgiving. I told her I'd look it up, but I do know that the amount of Americans that have
fallen asleep on the couch watching the Lions over the years would be a number followed by one hell of a lot of zeros.
I mean, staying in the game on Thanksgiving until halftime or so is their Super Bowl. It's sad, really, but this year we have a chance to pull for the Bills
to lose to the Saints, so.......we've got that going.
The Patriots are 3rd of 32 in Pro-Football-Reference's SRS. 1st of 16 in the AFC. Wow
(SRS = Simple Rating System - explained in this blog post, uses a team's point differential and strength of schedule to assign a rating to each team, with 0.0 considered average. The difference in two teams' SRS ratings can be considered to be a point spread should they play each other, disregarding home field advantage.
Pats are at 8.4.
Only the Cardinals (10.1) and Cowboys (9.1) are ahead of the Patriots.
TB is 4th with 8.3.
In the AFC:
Colts = 4.6
Titans = 4.3
Chiefs = 4.1

33-33 19 seconds....If the Raiders go on to beat the Cowboys, the Cowboys will likely fall behind the Pats leaving the Pats in 2nd place for SRS.
This is huge since PFR has years and years of experience keeping NFL statistics and ranking teams.
Many books use PFR when setting point spreads.
Uh, ok, again I'm just the messenger here.
Mac has PFF's 4th highest grade for a QB for the season.
GO PATS!
