Looking at the Patriots 2023

He apologized and was accountable for his actions. That's the difference in why he's still here and Jack Jones is gone.
sure, and i'm a bit surprised he took accountability. my main point in what i said is his praise of bb vis a vis the situation. say what you will about bb,but he's gonna bb regardless of the team's record.

4. New England Patriots (2-8)
Miller: The Patriots have the worst roster in the NFL, in my opinion. Every position is a position of need after years of poor drafting and poor roster management. And no matter who is running the show here in the spring, the Patriots must attack the class with a "best player available" mentality to bring up the overall talent
on the team. All options should be on the table.

Who is Miller?

The defense isn’t bad. The offense is. Focus predominantly on the offense, and this team will be MUCH better for years again. It’s not hopeless…but, the offense clearly needs to be addressed.

A QB and a WR who can make defenses at least think about needing to double team them occasionally and this team would be much much better.
I’m not as pessimistic about the Oline just because the NFL is filled with sub par lines. Very few fanbases would say their Oline can’t be upgraded. Finding some tackles who can be average would be fine if QB and pass catchers are addressed.

I’ll also add an offensive coordinator who’s not from the BB coaching tree. Offhand I don’t know who that is, but I can think of some teams to poach coaches from.

I believe Jim Miller, former back up Qb here.

Higgins, Pittman or Ridley would be my targets

Here what was said about Vrabel and the Patriots:

Frustrated New England Patriots fans can stop hoping owner Robert Kraft will trade with Tennessee and replace head coach Bill Belichick with his former player Mike Vrabel.

It’s not happening.

Angry Tennessee Titans fans can stop hoping owner Amy Adams Strunk fires Vrabel.

It’s not happening.

Based on multiple conversations with high-ranking Titans officials, the franchise strongly and collectively believes it has the right coach for long-term success.

Is the Titans leadership thrilled with losing right now? No. Who is? But they are fully aware the foundation and identity of this team is reflective of their head coach. He does it his way and gets his players to believe that IS the way.

Recently, the 2021 AP Coach of the Year answered questions about his job status from local reporters and was adamant that he’s more concerned with getting his team to play better. “I don’t try to concern myself with that,” he said. “I really am focused on these players. I hurt for them. I played 14 years, won some games, won some championships. I am frustrated for these players.”

While the Titans are still trying to figure out if rookie quarterback Will Levis is their quarterback of the future, the clearest vision this team has is who will be their leader for years to come. Ready, steady, Vrabel.

I assume he's talking about the offense, because the defense, even with 3 of their best players on IR, are still one of the best in the league.
If they weren't, they'd be losing every game 45-3.
