In general, I don't like it. I think people should get jobs based on their own merit and not because daddy or mommy got it for them. I think it does not teach core values that are important in life. I just leave it there.

Under Stephen, our S, DBs, OLBs and overall defenses were good enough to win 3 SBs and our defensive backfield was one of the best in the league under Stephen.

I'd say after spending 12 years of tutelage under the best HC and defensive mind in the NFL and having that level of success qualifies Stephen to coach college football.

Also, if Bill coaching UNC is conditional upon Stephen following his HC tenure is true, that's Bill's way of helping out his son and it's something every good father should want to do.

I was surprised that Steve didn’t catch on anywhere in the NFL.
Ive never heard any player say anything about him. Good or bad.

This player below said this about bill.I guess he must be delusional. what kind of moron would think that bill had anything to do with helping a player be great?

So, yesterday in your #2208 post you wrote (correctly IMO) that "...I think people should get jobs based upon their own merit..." Interesting, given your "blackballed" theory above. A definitive example of one being blackballed from the Cambridge Dictionary is "...if you are in the final stages of the hiring process, expecting an offer and the suddenly being excluded without substantive reason..." So, on the one hand you espouse people getting jobs based upon merit, but on the other hand you seemingly understand and accept the idea that the Belichicks are suddenly not being hired without substantive reason. Interesting, but not surprising.

I think something bad, really bad happened at the end between Belichick and Kraft. Whatever it was, it has caused the league to not want to hire Bill or his son.

Bill only interviewing at the Falcons last year and them turning him down and now this year he apparently has no interest from the NFL which is why he is turning to college football. Just reading the tea leaves and all of it seems to point to a really bad ending that caused him to be blackballed.

I think we have been very lenient, but this is getting too repetitive.
