Joe Milton is my QB1
It's a joke.
I agree they are where we thought they'de be 1-3,Expectations changed after the win against the bengals(who were thought to be an afc contender)They're NotThe guys on Patriots Unfiltered are sniffing glue. Apparantley, all the offensive woes are purely down to Jacoby Brissett. Yep, he's holding onto the ball too long, not making the reads, poor delivery etc. Incredibly, no mention of the fact Brissett is nearly getting decapitated on every play due to ZERO protection. Evan gave one reference to the OL by saying Mayo should be banging on Wolf's door, telling him to get in an O Lineman from the market, like, now. Evan honestly believes the offense would be transformed with Maye starting. WTF are the guys watching??
Fred Kirsch is getting all stroppy because of fans complaining about the team......he's saying the team is exactly where he thought they'd be, and what were the fans expecting?
I mean it's negligent analysis and shows clearly how these guys are employees of Kraft Entertainment. The most basic analysis would tell you the team has had a series of OL issues for 2-3 seasons, and going into this season, they had the draft capital and cap room to really go a long way to fixing that, and they did precisely nothing.
You are right. You are absolutely right. The Pats may have the worst Oline in the NFL.The guys on Patriots Unfiltered are sniffing glue. They are 100000 percent correct. It's probably 65 percent on Brisket. Dude isn't reading the field, won't throw the ball when needed. The film from the 49ers game apparently is a horror show if ineptitude by Brisett. So yeah they are correct and quite frankly I have thought a lot of the sacks or pressure are due to Brisket not seeing the field properly. Its all true.

this next one against miami with no QB should tell us a lot. I think this week is the most winnable due to no Tua. Jags and Titans will be interesting and by Nov the Rams may not have any players left the way injuries are killing them.

IMO, they would be correct if he were a top 5 QB. He isn't.
Brissett is what he is, a QB who needs a split second more to process the field than the best QBs do. The Pats knew that when they signed him.
I don't agree with blaming the Pats woes on O on Brissett for that reason. He's doing what he was brought in to do. It all comes back to the OL in front of him and AVP.
Are you watching the games? It's ok if you aren't, it's tough to sit through a 2-15 season. They are 100000 percent correct. It's probably 65 percent on Brisket. It's all going according to his plan. They're losing to get another Top 3 pick. It will equal long term success. Are you watching the games? It's ok if you aren't, it's tough to sit through a 2-15 season.

Wrong, draft position and planning for the future is for me. Most people, including yourself don't seem to care what happens in 2,3,5 years from now. They want now. A win now, that hurts the future is awesome! Thats not me, never was.Tanking is for you.
Every single one as usual. Good season, or bad I watch every game. So when I say I want them to tank, it's not because I'm not watching. If I say its time to win, it's not because I want to watch. Are you watching the games? It's ok if you aren't, it's tough to sit through a 2-15 season.
Reports are the Patriots have pulled that podcast over Evan's comments! On Patriots Catch-22 podcast Evan Lazar said "Right now they’re teetering on a mutiny in that locker room”. The players want Maye.
The Dolphins may be the perfect opponent for Maye to start against. We'll soon find out if Mayo has the right stuff for this job.
Lazar addressed the comments Thursday night during an appearance on 98.5 The Sports Hub.
“You know (Alex) Barth pretty well as well as I do,” Lazar told The Sports Hub’s Joe Murray. “Him and I can get into some pretty heated debates and arguments over things even off the air sometimes as we tend to do. I’ll fully admit that I got a little carried away on the podcast.
“I’m sure you’ve been there, Joe, yourself just in the heat of the moment. The word I used — mutiny — there’s no mutiny in the Patriots locker room. Like I said, I got carried away and that was my bad. That’s not what was going on.
“I just think the biggest thing I worry about, and this is just me personally and my opinion, is how long the rest of the players in the locker room are going to sit there and take their lumps while Drake Maye waits in the wings and waits for his turn. That was my opinion and it came out a little stronger than I intended it to.”
