Looking at the Patriots 2024

Honestly, I have no issue and actually support Bill if he's going to go on a vengeance tour.

Bill and his son were shat upon by the Krafts and co when they left. So let it rip Bill, I say.

i got "page does not exist"...what did it say?

He needs to shut it imo. Did Kraft make him hire Patricia and Judge as the OCs? No. Is Kraft blameless, nope but let Kraft talk. You have your resume which is much bigger than Krafts to do the talking.

He doesn't need to anything of the sort; He's free to say whatever the hell he wants.

I get it, and it's honest, but he needs to let other people say it. It's not a good look for him, and he's not doing himself any favors.

I don't know, he's not saying anything people around the league don't already know. He could have gone at the Pats a lot harder than he did, imo.

Totally agree, it's not like he's going nuclear. He's answering questions in a fairly measured way. It's what he's been paid to do after all.

Kraft bought the team and Inherited Bill Parcells a hall of fame coach.
Next was Pete Carroll a hall of fame coach(probably)
Then he hired Bill Belichick a hall of fame coach,
He then followed that up with Jerod Mayo, Who had zero experience as a head coach .

Belichick owes nothing to Kraft "to shut it"
Maybe Kraft.. Should stay out of football operations lest he become Jerry Jones..

I don't have a problem with him saying it. But if he were not saying it, and being circumspect about his analysis of the Pats, it would be seem very positively. At his age, maybe it doesn't matter, it just seems like a missed opportunity.

I think Lombardi really said the harsh stuff here. that said, if you want to make a case that he shouldn't have said something, maybe it was the whole part on the other video that was posted here where he was talking about "the same guys were great last year".you could make a case for him letting other people say that. but I don't think he said anything bad this time.

Yeah, I meant it more generally rather than just this video. I'm separating the things that are said (fine) from the source (probably not ideal.)

Everyone is kinda piling on Mayo right now. Belichick is better served staying out of it, or maybe even piping up with a word of caution or support. It isn't like people forget what happened, and who he is.

I see your point and I agree. that said, I remember whenever bb guys would go into the media he would specifically tell them to rip him if he needed to be ripped. I'm pretty sure he told Jules that. that's the last person that I remember that comment with. So in his perspective, it's probably just part of his job to say what he really thinks.
