Much like his mid-drive interview earlier in the year, he's putting things in the wrong order. Maybe make a first half of the season to 2nd half of the season jump. Or even an adjustment. I'm just saying.

Jump? Like off a cliff? 🤣
I just can't believe he's talking about improving in the off-season with half the season to go still. I don't understand how this guy's mind works. BB ever take a mid quarter, mid drive interview before? Would he talk about getting better in the off-season at mid season? I'm not used to how Mayo operates, and I think he's doing a lot more wrong than he thinks.

Yup

He shouldn't try to imitate bill. that's fine, there are other ways to win than bill's way even though I love bill's way. That said, some of the shit he's come out with since he's been hired has been bizarre as fuck and this is one of 'em.

This team is fast-tracked to the first pick and Mayo is spearheading it. I don't expect him to be Bill, but these type of questions should get the "I'm only focused on 2024" or something along those lines. No need to look like a buffoon and get ahead of yourself when the team is playing this badly.

What makes him so sure he's going to make it to a second season? The way the team is playing would have me believe Kraft at the very least is considering revising his options.

He's saying to all pats fans (Just give me a pass this year) I'll be better next year I Promise.
Why do I have the feeling his fingers were crossed behind his back when he said It.

Mayo isn’t imitating BB’s success… 🤣

Nah. kraft proved himself to be way too egomaniacal to get rid of his hand picked Israel companion thunder friend this quickly.

Krafty HATES to be embarrassed…even though he deserves 100% of this BS clown show. It’s ALL on him (and lil Jon).

Honestly I don’t think he should be a head coach anywhere he just doesn’t seem to have the fortitude to succeed quite honestly. He is in way over his head …. but what do I know lol.

Maybe he has assurances he'll be around for a second year. Kraft went all in on him as HC and probably feels it would be too embarrassing to cut Jerod after only one season.

BB took the radio silence too far sometimes, but essentially he understood, especially in the age of social media, every utterance is analyzed and held up to come back and bite you in the-you-know-where if you're not careful. 😁

Not comparing Mayo and BB, but the Pats sucked BB's first year, last in the division, bottom of the league in scoring and mediocre defense with considerably more talent on both sides of the ball. Mayo gets at least 2 years. For the record, I don't believe in Mayo at all, but Kraft loves him and he's not going to fire him after just one season.

Yeah, no comparison at all.

i won't argue that they didn't suck because they did. but...MORE talent? he took that roster apart in year one. they kept brady only because they could barely fill out the roster and he was better than other players even though he was the 4th qb.
