Need Help with New User Registration

Hi guys. At my suggestion my son registered for the Planet (ha, ha...sucker). Anyway, he never got a confirmation email. Despite that, he's actually able to log into the forum with the user name/password he created, only it won't let him post. Can you help? His user name is Quigs.
