Yes. Except the PA stat is ranked in inverse order from one (least) to 32 (most). So the Pats are #1 in The Points Allowed ranking (because they've given up the fewest) and thus your suggested correction is inapposite.

It's a stat that needs situational context to be of any use. Looking at raw numbers is only helpful for fantasy football purposes
