A maze of twisting little passages, all different
Turned the volume way up when this song came on the radio today:

After couple of nice posts by joolz and shecolt, I went back and looked at the song list for the Souvenirs album, and found that I had forgotten this little gem:

Song: Morning Sky
Artist: Dan Fogelberg

See post #562 in this thread for my favorite song from that album.

For obvious reasons it’s popular this time of year and Dan loosely based it on a true story.

Dan’s wife, Jean, is currently writing a serial memoir and posts chapters almost weekly. It’s a nice read and insight into a great guy and the wonderful relationship they had.

Picking a 12 string is incredibly difficult. Campbell did it with ease. I was reminded of this when I heard "Gentle On My Mind" yesterday.
Glen Campbell was an amazing musician.

Another one of my favorite songs by Dan is "The Last Nail"

"I left a trail of footprints deep in the snow
I swore one day I would retrace them
But when I turned around I found that the wind
Had erased them now I'll never replace them"
