Song: The Great Curve
Artist: The Talking Heads

Very inventive video here.

Remain In Light was a ground-breaking album; I like to revisit it every now and then. I still have not heard anything like it before or since.

Trower is one of my all time faves and this song is outstanding. Dewars' vocals are just mesmerizing:

I used to listen to Procol Harum's Whiter Shade of Pale album all the time in college.

Most of the members of the dorm on my floor didn't appreciate that band, and certainly had no idea about the lead guitarist.

Robin Trower...oh yea.
This one is "I'm Out to Get You"....brilliant late night trippy music.

True story. I went to a festival many years back with my wife, my oldest brother and his long time girlfriend. The only reason I went was because I had never seen Trower live. I suffered through 4 or 5 bands, not bad bands, but that wasn't why I was there. Trower comes on stage and during his first song my brother comes up behind me and says we have to go, something about his girlfriend. I am like no, I came her to see long misty days live and I am staying ( I was the ride home ). He cried and moaned through 2 more songs and I finally said if long misty days isn't next, we can go. Next song was in city dreams, I was so mad and disappointed. I drove them home and they ended up breaking up a couple days later. I harrased my brother until the day he passed away about that. He would show up at my house with tickets to go see Trower, and I refused to go. I never went to another concert with him again. We did everything else 2 brothers would do, hang out, road trips, bar hopping, but no more concerts. I wasn't mad at him after a month or so, but if you knew my oldest brother, it was hard to have something to harass him about, so you have to take your shot when you get it.
