Hey Lurking Wife and JD...I thought of y'all tonight.

When I finally made this recipe tonight. It's vegetarian and JD may like it.

Cooking Light

I served it with brown rice and warmed flat bread. Asian ( Indian more) flavors of ginger, red curry (curry, turmeric, red pepper and a dash of chili spice) It was out of this world. Kid even loved it.

I made it with un-canned organic chickpeas. Tastes better imo and I felt really fed. No hunger later which I expect after a meal like that.
