I was thinking we could use a thread for political humor - a long American tradition, to maybe lighten things up. Stuff that isn't really partisan, but just funny.

I was looking at things on Youtube and came across this video of Robert Smiegel as Triumph the Insult Comic Dog behind the scenes ragging on people at one of the Democratic debates. There's some pretty funny stuff. He's done this at Republican events too. He's not political, just good at fvcking with people.

I suppose this is as good a place as any to tell my variation on a famous JFK speech.

We choose...

We choose to go to her room in this hotel and do the wild thing,

not because she is easy, but because I am haaaaard.

The reality of the GOP primary is more humorous than any joke right now.

They are making dick jokes about each other, seriously.

At least 25% of the country will be voting for president on the basis of sexual organs this year.

Dick jokes are totally relevant in 2016.

This is a comedy show, but what he's saying is devastating. If Trump's opponents had done a better job of hitting him with a lot of this early on, he wouldn't have gained so much momentum. WTF did Jeb Bush spend $120 million on?

I know $50,000 of it went to pizza. That was on NPR.

Those are awesome. At least a couple nights a week my boys will sing me the song at the end of the clip, "Bushes of Love".

As far as recent political postings go, this is my favorite:

Rubio's song has my vote. :)

I guess that's not so crazy if you have hundreds of staff people and lots of volunteers working nights and you're feeding them. You'd just expect all those people to manage to get better results.
