Bucs move up to 2
AZ moves to 3

i agree to an extent, it is a people and teaching business, and there's impatience . it's one reason why i 🙄 at people who say the belichick sons' presence on staff is pure nepotism. bill starts them as grunts and they work their way up....just like all his other coaches. that way is best, imo.
i also agree that great coaches' decision making cannot be replaced solely by computers and stats. feel for a game and situation is integral.
 
There's something to be said for "old school" and all it represents.
HS, yes, I agree, BB is bringing his sons up the right way by making them earn their way slowly. They're given nothing.

The Colts spent a 2021 3rd rounder and a 2022 1st rounder for Wentz since Reich wanted him and now...?

In the real world people lose their job for doing egregious shit. I would put more blame on Chris Ballard than I would Reich. Ballard made that dumb trade & had no competition for Wentz. No team wanted him & Ballard cost his team at least two years with that ridiculous trade. I said it once & say it again. Ballard should have listened to his gut when he wanted to put together a trade package to move up for Fields. He listened to his coach that begged for his friend instead. Someone should be held accountable. But I have my own problems with the Browns, so whatever.

The worst part of this is that the much less talented Eagles who benefited greatly from that trade made the playoffs.

Talk about a kick in the nuts.
