see, that's part of his plan. suck for several years, get under the radar, then no one in the media will give actual cheating a minute's worth of attention. when you're good for awhile, non cheating becomes a scandal.

The definition of madness is trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
So many ex-coaches, GMs etc, who worked under Bill tried this when they went to other teams. Tried to bring as many Pats coaches, players etc as they could. it never works. You can just replicate what Bill is/does.
