PJ Walker seems like a decent QB for them now but yeah, their season is over.
 
watson has played in (not necessarily finished) 12 of the 26 possible hames since he's been acquired by cle. he has been paid 91 mill. that is about 7.5 million per start.
14 tds 9 ints. he's played in 8 w and 4 l.
pretty ghastly.

This must make the other 31 owners so happy to see that contract looking like such an albatross.

But fair is fair, if Watson is a healthy version of the player he's been, the supporting cast in Cleveland is solid. Window's tightening up, though.

I don't think the Browns, with the way that teams is constructed at other positions, necessarily needs a "great" QB to contend and I think he is at least "good." Doesn't matter if he can't play, though.

And he's a main argument point on why you need THE GUY at QB.
He's a rookie whose dealt with worse Oline injuries than us and has kept the team relevant and balling out
I don't want the next Tom Brady thats never going to happen there was only 1
I just want someone to keep is relevant and where I don't feel that we losing the game because he can't comeback like Mac Jones

Stroud is the perfect counterpoint to the very few Mac apologists left.

WHY DIDN'T BELICHICK GET MAC THE PROPER WEAPONS TO SUCCEED! Like the Texans did??? Houston's weapons are not superior to the Patriots.
