Stroud is the perfect counterpoint to the very few Mac apologists left.

WHY DIDN'T BELICHICK GET MAC THE PROPER WEAPONS TO SUCCEED! Like the Texans did??? Houston's weapons are not superior to the Patriots.
Tank Dell can be very good though

I don't think the Browns, with the way that teams is constructed at other positions, necessarily needs a "great" QB to contend and I think he is at least "good." Doesn't matter if he can't play, though.
Where they screwed the pooch was when they traded Dobbs for a 5th round pick. Now they don’t have a dependable backup. Dorian Thompson-Robinson had a good camp & preseason & we’re about to find out how he does looking down the barrel of T.J. Watt.

Yup. Browns gon' Browns.

Getting really sick of seeing both Tom Brady and Colin Kapernick mentioned as possible replacements for every effing QB that gets injured.

It's not happening. Neither one wants to play anymore. Stop with the click bait. :unsortiert007:
I am getting sick of Kelce and Swift. . Help us if they are a couple long term.

FB Jakob Johnson was released by the Raiders. I thought he was pretty good while he was here. He's only 28. I'm not sure if BB wants a FB, but I wouldn't mind a reunion.

I didn't get to watch the game last night, but I just read that Mark Andrews is done for the year. Tough loss for the Ravens.

Joe Burrow is likely to be out for several weeks, minimum.

Unfortunately the offense doesn't use a fullback these days. Johnson wasn't a particularly good one, but still can block better than a lot of players on the team.

Didn't know where to post this so it's ending up here. Good read about former Patriot Malcolm Mitchell:

Malcolm Mitchell's impact in New England goes far beyond football
thanks,nice story!
i love this quote he had about the pats:

"So it is not whether you win or lose; the mindset has to be, "regardless of what's transpiring, I am going to give 110%." That's the mindset, and that's what Bill taught us. It wasn't about, you know, "Are we gonna come back and win the game?" Of course, that's our desire, but the mindset was you're not just going to beat us. And to our favor, they made enough errors. That gave us an opportunity.

But that's what I talk about a lot when I'm talking about the game. Everyone says it's the winning mindset. It's not about the winning mindset. It's about the never giving up mindset. That's more valuable than the winning mindset, in my opinion."
