Footsteps Flacco is signing a 1-year, $4 million deal to reunite with the Cleveland Browns. 2 weeks ago, their GM said that the QB room was going to "get younger". Flacco is 40.
They're out on Sanders. They're gonna roll with Kenny Pickett. Holy shit.

Maybe they like somebody in next year's class better and figure that they'll have a shot at that person? I don't know but with as much money as they have committed to that position and as little as they have gotten out of it for however many years, haslam better not complain because he's the one who put his coaching staff in that position.

"I don' have one." - The answer I give to anyone who asks what my second-favorite team is, after Boston, in any given sport

As a Patriots fan, I get an embarrassing amount of satisfaction watching the Jets and Dolphins flounder, year-after-year-after year. Neither has ever won in my lifetime so to keep seeing that can kicked down the road gives me the warm and fuzzies. The Bills are just that neighborhood kid who you don't really like and never will, but lives a kind of sad life, so you are just empathetic enough toward them you can't quite hate them. So glad they are divisional opponents of the team I love so very much.

The Dolphins backed themselves into this corner with that terrible contract. May as well trade Tyreek and Tua and start over. Is their OL fixed yet?
After 17 years of ownership, Stephen Ross hasn't had even 1 playoff win.
Tommy's right...4th in the AFC East. Does that mean the Pats are 2nd now?
I meant Team #4 for Ramsey, but Miami, the Jets and Patriots will be duking it out all year for the cellar. First to 7 wins gets 2nd place. :coffee:

"Josh Allen's a little diva bitch" - Ken Dorsey and Dan Morgan - Separately. Same Quote. Off the Record. :coffee:

The Patriots were essentially a 1-win team last year, that lucked their way into 4 wins. 7 wins would be a vast improvement.
I'm with you, I think around 7 wins is about their ceiling. Anything more than that is bonus. I just want competitive football that shows the team is progressing. They will probably lose 1-2 in blowout fashion, but can they turn around and blow another team out during the season? Those are the kind of growing pain expectations I have.

Throw last season in the trash, this is really year one of the rebuild.
